Can I have something custom made? TOP
Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind, just go to the catagory you are wanting and click on "Design My Own" option. This is where you can be the designer!

Do you offer gift certificates? TOP
We do! You can purchase one from our site or email us at info@bmbtreasures.com and we'll send you an invoice.

What form of payment do you accept? TOP
We use Paypal for all of our online transactions. Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or you can withdrawl from your checking account. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.

Do you ship internationally? TOP
No, not at this time.

What is your return policy? TOP

Since all items are custom made, all sales are final. However, if we make a mistake or ship a defective product, we will accept a return within 30 days. Please email us before returning item(s). Any returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. Please keep in mind; if you sent us incorrect information and our product was made as you asked, we can't refund your request. Please double check all orders before submitting.

How soon will I receive my order? TOP
We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, since items are custom made, please allow up to four weeks from time the order is placed until items arrive to you. In most cases you will receive your items much sooner.

Help! I want to order something as a gift and need it sooner. What do I do? TOP

We understand many of our items are purchased as gifts for baby showers, birthdays, etc. Send us an email with what items you would like to purchase and we will work with you on getting it to you in time. **Please note--Additional rush shipping charges may apply.
